1. Agreement to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and HOOTCODES LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria (UIC 208188022, VAT BG208188022) with its registered office at Aleksandar Stamboliyski Blvd 55, fl. 4, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria, which operates AskAds.
By creating an account or using AskAds, you agree to these terms. If you are using AskAds for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf, and "you" means that company.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What AskAds does
AskAds is an AI assistant for paid advertising. It reads your connected advertising accounts, answers questions about them in plain language, analyses your creative and landing pages, and proposes changes for you to approve.
AskAds is a tool that assists you. It does not manage your advertising for you, and it does not replace your own judgement about how to spend your money.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
- You must give an email address you control, and keep access to it secure — anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Connecting your ad accounts
To be useful, AskAds needs read access to your advertising accounts. By connecting one you confirm that you own it or are authorised to act for whoever does.
You can disconnect at any time from Connections, or revoke access directly with the platform. Doing so stops AskAds reading further data immediately.
5. Changes to your ad accounts
This is the part to read twice.
- AskAds does not make changes on its own. Every proposed change is shown to you in full, including the exact values being written, and is only carried out when you approve it.
- When you approve a change, you are instructing us to make it. You are responsible for that decision and for its effect on your spend and results.
- Review each proposal before approving. AskAds can be wrong about what is worth changing.
- We are not liable for the outcome of changes you approved, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Connect an advertising account you are not authorised to access.
- Use AskAds to advertise anything unlawful, or anything prohibited by the advertising platform you are using.
- Attempt to breach, probe or overload our systems, or work around rate limits and access controls.
- Scrape or bulk-export the service, resell it, or use it to build a competing product.
- Upload or submit anyone else's personal data without a lawful basis for doing so.
We may suspend accounts that breach this section.
7. Third-party platform terms
Your use of Meta's advertising products remains governed by their own terms and policies. AskAds does not change your relationship with them, and cannot exempt you from their rules — including their advertising policies and the consequences of breaching them.
8. AI output and no professional advice
AskAds generates answers using AI models. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or wrong, including when it sounds confident. Figures are read from your ad platform at the time of asking and may lag, be cached briefly, or be restated later by the platform itself.
Nothing AskAds produces is financial, legal, tax or professional advice. It is information to inform your own decisions. Verify anything consequential before acting on it.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep AskAds available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We depend on third-party platforms and model providers, and their outages, rate limits or API changes can affect what AskAds can do.
We may change, add or remove features. Where a change materially reduces what you receive, we will give reasonable notice.
10. Fees
Where a paid plan applies, prices, billing period and what is included are shown before you subscribe. Fees are payable in advance and, except where the law requires otherwise, are non-refundable for a period already begun. We will give notice before any price change takes effect.
Your advertising spend is separate. You pay Meta directly for your ads. AskAds never charges you for ad spend and never holds your advertising budget.
Early-access passes. While access is limited, we may sell a one-off early-access pass. A pass moves your account to the front of the access list and carries the benefits stated where it is sold, such as a discount on your first months and an equivalent allowance of videos on your first paid month. It does not remove steps that the advertising platform itself requires of you. A pass is refundable in full on request at any time before your access opens; after that it is treated as a fee under this section.
11. Intellectual property
AskAds, its software, design and content belong to us. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while these terms are in force.
Your data stays yours. Your advertising data, conversations and anything you write remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you. Copy the assistant generates for you is yours to use.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost advertising spend, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €100.
13. Termination
You can stop using AskAds and delete your account at any time — see Data Deletion. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and refund any prepaid unused period.
Sections 8, 11, 12 and 14 survive termination.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your own country, and you may also bring proceedings there.
